Warner has outstanding faculty, experienced in their field and able to teach at a personal level. Most class sizes are 15-25 people. The entire community of Warner Pacific, including the staff and students are caring. The Religion and Christian Ministries Department is outstanding, and the entire school strives toward academic excellence. It is next to the Hawthorne District, near downtown Portland, and a short drive to the mountians or the beach. The campus itself sits on the base of Mt. Tabor, making for a beautiful backdrop of green trees all year, as well as a stunning fall season. Mt. Tabor is also a great place to walk, bike, skate, long board, dog walk. If you are into the music, dancing, Northwest scene, you will be socially stimulated. The men's basketball team has also been on the rise for the last year, and the 2006/2007 year appears to be continuing that trend. |
