PCC is a great place to study. Keep in mind that you are going to college for an education, not to party and you will be fine. Keep in mind that rules are everywhere… we have policies and guidelines that must be adhered to at my current employer—they are similar to PCC's standards. Don't listen to the negative comments, visit the school for yourself, sit in on classes and pray about it! My experience was that the teachers were well qualified and genuine. My wife and I interact with grads from other institutions both private and public. PCC Grads are far more superior than those we have encountered. We can expect a certain caliber of work from a PCC grad, we don't have to s-p-e-l-l it out for them. They work independently and efficiently. They are prepared to go to work and it shows. Most people who complain about PCC have an issue with submission to authority (good, bad or indifferent) and need to learn it or they will find themselves going from job to job. PCC's rules are not for life, just a short time to learn about your field of study. I often ask those who complain, how would you organize and handle nearly 5,000 people who are under your authority? Check out some of the old fundamental schools and you will find that as they let their standards go, so does the quality of student they produce. God Bless Dr. Arlin and Beka for following the vision, and sticking by the stuff so to speak. I would recommend PCC to anyone who is interested in a quality education. But we all know opinions are just that, opinions.
