PCC is a good school for academics and facilities—lousy for personal freedom. You feel as though the Gestapo or Secret Police are ready to write you up at any moment. Very legalistic and out of touch with reality and the real world. Be very careful in your choice of PCC, unless you want to be controlled in most choices you make.
