PCC is a good college for people who work hard and have priorities other than a social life. I went to college for a good education, and I got one. It was a lot of work—I even went back for my senior year after a two year hiatus due to illness—but the main thing to remember is that God gives strength, hope, and everything else a person needs for life—including a job, later. Don't go to PCC if you're looking for lots of money, recognition (the college is unaccredited, and being accepted in a graduate program is difficult in most places), a state teaching certificate (some states won't license you), or a great party time. The rules are very strict to say the least, but they don't hamper you much if you're not trying to live on the edge (sometimes I was falsely accused, but that happens in life). I'd say go to PCC if you believe that's what God wants; it's a beautiful, safe place to focus on God and on your studying. I pretty much always felt that my teachers were personable and treated me as an individual, and I also met many down-to-earth, lovable people there. I'm not sorry that I went to PCC; a college degree has given me jobs I couldn't have had otherwise, and the education I received there has provided insight into how God's priorities are different from the rest of the world's.
