Needless to say, the competition at such a school is tough and the academic load is challenging. Nevertheless, I've found that my academic preparation at Pensacola Christian College has more than prepared me for the rigors of law school. My writing classes, speech classes, income tax and business law classes, etc., have all been absolutely vital in giving me an advantage over other law students - indeed, I've been able to become an editor on the Notre Dame Law Review and publish two pieces of academic scholarship. For this, I give a great deal of credit to my preparation at PCC. Even more importantly, however, PCC's spiritual atmosphere gave me a solid grounding in life. The training that I received there has prepared me for the moral challenges abound in daily life. I grew and matured, made good friends - all in all, it was a great four years. Even after having spent a couple of years at a major university, I would never trade having spent my undergraduate years at Pensacola. |
