PCC is a business enterprise, and students are an afterthought. Lack of adherence to every statute is met with sudden retribution.

Arrogant and isolated leadership stifle original idea and initiative, and the Faculty has enormous turnover, resulting in inexperienced and unskilled classroom instruction.
