For those of you who are concerned about the negative stuff about the college, I found that 50% of the stuff I heard was completely false and was just someone holding a grudge against, the college. Another 25% negativity about the college is exaggerated and really not as big of a problem as one would think. The rest of the negativity, I have yet to experience as the applied to upperclassmen and graduate students. One comment I would like to make is that if you have a problem with following rules you'd better think and pray real hard about the coming to the college. The rules, although annoying, understandable and reasonable. The college is friendly and the student body is top-notch. The biggest thing that people can do to get prepared for this college is to come with an open mind. Be ready to hear all the stories rather than just here one and go on what that person said. Other than that, everything is great. Academics is challeging and fun, the spiritual aspect of the college in major and second to none, and the college treats you like a person rather than a number. If you would like to know more give me an email and I'd be happy to help. |
