Statistical Analyzer:

I am a senior Engineering turn mathematics major after the Renewal Plan. I am a student at Tulane completely on scholarship. Although I am funded, Tulane has always gone the extra mile to screw me over. Additional tuition, screwy accounting resulting in unknown charges, and other misc. have hurt my perception of the school. After engineering was cut, the school made no effort to accomodate students who chose to stay due to special circumstances. Lagniappe semester was especially fun- after being told Katrina semester full-time students would receive it free, I was charged tuition since I was my host Katrina quarter-based school was full time wasn't full time in the semester system. On a positive note, the campus is always well-kept and feels very safe. If you are a local student (LA), I do not recommend Tulane. There are better experiences to be had.
