When I went to Clarke, there was little emphasis on real world applications and career counseling coming from the Art Dept. If you weren't seeking an Ed. endorsement, there was little you could do with a fine arts degree. I graduated in a year of inflation and high unemployment which is similiar to what graduates might face these days the way things are going. I advise looking at the want ads and researching where the best prospects are for employment are before choosing a path. |
