I took a trip to see the school and it looked good superficially. I entered the Computer Science program in the Fall of 05' and transfered out after Fall 06'. The CS program was very weak, non of the teachers were leaders in their field and only one had a Doctors in Computer Science. The other departments where much better, the Math Department was very good and I easily moved into my new school.Socially this school is horrible. Expect to hang out with a small group on maybe 10 people, without meeting many others. As I'm sure others have noted, the school has a tome of rules, most of which regard dealings with the opposite sex. I found myself lonely from the entire lack of human touch. Even guys hardly shake hands. |
