They are predominantly kind and accessible. The students are scene-y dipwads, but welcome to art school. My main issue is regarding things to do, and transportation, and most importantly food. There is nothing to do in Savannah. I am mostly a recluse, but even a recluse enjoys going out from time to time. I feel isolated, especially since scad faculty convinced my folks not to allow me to bring my car. They do that. I havent been to the movies in ages. scad transportation is deplorable. There arent enough buses and the ones that go to the mall, wal mart, etc only go on friday and saturday. These buses are difficult to catch. and if you miss your bus at the mall etc, youre stuck for 3 hours until the next one comes. The food is horrible. I feel absolutely awful when I eat it, and this quarter, I've gotten food poisoning twice just this quarter. The last time really knocked the wind out of me, and i havent been eating much, leading to an influx of hypoglycemia-like symptoms like dizziness, headaches, and stomachaches. This is because I am terrified of the cafeteria. the food is disgusting and I simply cannot eat it. I think I'm dying. but im a hypochondriac, so dont mind me. I might be overreacting. |
