Internships should be a requirement for all business students (not sure if it is now?) Had I been forced to do internships during college I think that would have given me a better idea of what I wanted to do outside of college. I work with some Gonzaga 2006 alumni and their lack of experience in the work world definitely shows in their immaturity in their current jobs. Gonzaga has a long way to go in preparing students for the real world. |
