Marist, no matter what anyone says, is one of the top private schools in the nation. The college is getting more and more popularity each year, breaking application records. The city of Poughkeepsie is crappy and should be kept up with instead of ignored. The campus is beautiful and it doesn't get much nicer. Course load is manageable not impossible. Social life centers around drinking…and a lot of it…if you don't drink, good luck finding things to do around here.
