If you want a school where you are coddled, closed-minded, and the main priority is drinking, I'd avoid this school. However, if you want to go to a school where you are around a very diverse group of students from all over the world, a self-motivated student willing to take risks, a competitive person who thrives off of a challenge, a person who doesn't mind missing out on the typical college lifestyle and the opportunity of living in one of the greatest cities in the world, New York University is for you. A certain maturity and motivation is essential to succeed here. It takes a thick skin to make it in the Big Apple, but if you network correctly and put yourself out there, you have more opportunities than just about anyone out there. |
