I love almost everything about Simpson. The people there are honestly so incredibly friendly that everyone seems to fit in. Each student is given an advisor to help them with school, transitions etc. Mine invited all of us to her house and made us dinner. If I ever needed anything, I know I could go to her for help. The Campus itself is beautiful, and only 10 minutes from Des Moines. Although Indianola is not always the most exciting town, Des Moines is.The programs themself are very good in that they allinclude hands on expirience and service learning. As a Soc. major a lot of time has been spent in homeless shelters and other low income areas of DSM- in my opinion, the best way to prepare for a future career. |
