I knew the city and was involved with what went on in the city. However, once I attended Baylor I realized that the school I once admired for its values and its high standards in the academic world I realized that this school was not for me. I found the students to be very closed minded, rude, stuck up and very self centered. I tried to be a part of the "Baylor bubble" but found that the students really didn't care. I also found that the professors were not very helpful to the students. Most of them gave the "read the book" excuse when students are honestly trying their best. I also found that if any student had an opinion that was different than the school then they were judged immediately. I found this very disturbing for a school that advertises as "open minded". The cost to attend this school is outragous too. Its not worth the time or the money to attend this school. |
