My U of P degree helped me escape that life, and has lead me out of the automotive industry to the nuclear industry; a much more stable and prospering lifestyle. The only real downer I had concerning my time with U of P online was the "team" concept of learning. What that usually meant for me was frantically doing the work of 3 loafers at the end of every term so that my GPA wasn't going to suffer for their intransigence. Luckily, now that I'm serious about pursuing my masters, there are a whole lot more online courses of study available to choose from, so I'm not likely to be going back to U of P. But for it's time and purpose, the experience was invaluable to me. |
