The rules that are in place are stricter than a public university, but are reasonable, and don't cross the line over into legalism. The required Bible minor includes some amazing classes that really encourage you to think about what you believe, and academically strong students can apply for the Honors Program which consists of Honors courses that take an interdisciplinary look at philosophy, history, and the arts. It's not a perfect university, and the people here aren't perfect either, but I believe I will graduate with a good, solid education, a lifetime of good memories, and a firm foundation on which to build the rest of my life. |
