I was afraid that I would miss out on the "typical" college experience and would be nostalgic for sports, quads, the whole deal. but let me tell you, since the first week of my freshmen year i have loved nyu and never ever looked back. nyu is so amazing for two reasons: the location and the people. the city demands a certain person to thrive here, and nyu's student body is reflective of that. most people here are openminded, intelligent, independent, and mature. i absolutely love it and would never trade my experiences here for the world. i could never dream of going to a campus school and would encourage anyone who wants independence and loves city living to apply here. if you attend nyu you are going to be in an amazing academic environment in an unbeatable location with the most interesting and fun people you will ever meet. nyu may be an "atypical" college, but it is atypical in the absolute best way possible. |
