If you do not care about the atmosphere, climate, local economy, what the campus looks like, how faculty get along or treat each other, whether the administration cares or not, what the city is like, how polluted the area is, this may be the best buy there is. Rock bottom prices will give you a degree and that is what this place seems to be all about. I think it is a horrible place but I worked there and was not a student. Other people may feel differently. This is just my opinion.I wouldn't send my dog there but that is just me. Once you get your degree, what do you care if the place is ugly and depressing? You will be glad to get out without lots of loans, I am guessing. It is practical. Take your classes, get your degree and thank goodness you can leave the town. |
