I felt somewhat rebellious of the school initially, but I believe you can find all "kinds" (whatever that means!) of people at any school. I found lifelong friends and met individuals who were comfortable with themselves already at 19. Their conversations were already focused on how they hoped to have a positive impact on the world - at that point, I was still lagging behind, spending an inordinate amount of my time and energy thinking about myself in an unproductive way. |
