I'm working on majoring in Computer Science (concentration on gaming) and minoring in Film and Digital Media. It's not a school for everyone, however, as a majority of people here are conservative Christians (which isn't a bad thing, but might "offend" some people). If you don't like to drink or party, but would rather hang out and have fun with friends and find random things to do, then you will be very likely to enjoy your time here. The surrounding city isn't very nice, but a lot of people rarely even leave campus since basically everything you need is here. The campus is nice, the students are friendly, and the faculty are helpful and most actually do care about you doing well. Once again though, if you are liberal, like to party, or aren't comfortable being around Christians (and/or conservatives), then this probably isn't the school for you. If you are Christian, conservative, and/or don't like to party, this is a school to seriously consider. |
