This school is horrible.

Problem 1: The tuition is cheap. It's only like $5000/yr. But they trick you with the dorming fee. They charge like $8000/yr for the dorming fee. And that's already like $13000, WTF? And thats without the miscellenous expenses (ie, Meal Plan, Bookstore Plan, etc) And I'm only an in-state resident. Imagine how an out of state resident must feel about this. Dont dorm here! And don't come here if youre out-of-state.

Problem 2: The school wastes your tuition money. Yeah! They do. I was at a football game one time and they were shooting fireworks for three freakin hours. I mean what the hell? What are they doing with my tuition money? They also spend money on stupid unnecessary repairs, and printouts. Nobody cares about renovations and no one needs freakin 200 printouts/week. They should spend less money on this stupid shit and more money on US!!

Problem 3: The faculty here is really crappy. Im not saying that all the professors suck. I can honestly say that I had the some of the best professors in the school. But I'm sure that other people aren't so lucky. Most of the professors here don't care, don't teach, and are just total douchebags. So what if they have doctorates? It doesn't help they don't teach. One time my entire class failed a SOC midterm, and the professor didnt even curve it. I mean wtf? And I also have a chem prof. He has a degree in Cognitive Psychology or some shit. Why the hell is he even teaching a chemistry class?

Problem 4: The classes here are really hard. Especially the science classes. The professors make the exams impossibly difficult. Everyone here is like competing for a grade. People here study for like days straight for midterms. And like a lot of the ppl here are Asians and they learned all this stuff in 5th grade. And they ruin the curve for everyone else. Seriously, it is hard to get good grades in this school. Stony is as hard as Harvard, except its a much crappier school.

I can go on for hours about how bad this school is. But I'll stop here. My advice is simple. Don't come here if youre not willing to pay the money or if youre not willing to put in the effort. You will regret it. The conditions in this school suck too. Live with it.
