I was accepted into Columbia university and such elite schools and chose Madison because it is very highly ranked (in some polls even higher than IVYs) and so i figured i would get the same education here than spend ten times for an ivy. And, i was right! The education here is tremendous, not to mention the party scene is unreal; something you cannot find in an ivy. If you are a very hardworking, fun person, you will fit in her perfectly. You had to work very hard in high school to get in here, so continue that hard work while at Madison to do well here. People are always impressed when I tell them that I go to Wisconsin and I know a Wisconsin degree will help me to get a good job. Again, AWESOME, extremely fun, and incredibly challenging (education-wise) University. I fully recommend it. This University continues to rise in the rankings, as it should. By far one of the best universities in the nation, and yet it is still full of open-minded, non-judgmental, non-elitist people. GO BADGERS!! |
