I feel NEC has prepared me well for life outside of college. My major is a pretty broad one so I am sure I will find the right job for me given the right amount of time. The best advice I have for students once they arrive at NEC is to get involved and break out of your comfort zone of activities you did in high school. You'll meet tons of new people. The faculty and staff are very nice and the the professors always have office hours and willing to help you out with any problems you might have with understanding what you are learning. The tutors in the Pathways Center are also very helpful. |
