I can't complain about this school at all—my department and advisor were great to me—Dr. Michael Cary is the best professor/mentor ever! If you are serious contender for graduate school, preparation as an undergrad at SHU is worth every penny. Yeah, its pricey but the attention you get here is priceless. Your professors care and know you. You will also learn a lot and the students are also very well-read and smart. Yeah, you may run into a few dummies here and there, but you'll find that at most schools. At Seton Hill, the majority of the students have huge egos and want to succeed—and believe me, you want to be around those types—it breeds success! Final point, if you are serious about your chances at grad school go to SHU—hands down. |
