Best thing about the school is the faculty. There aren't many other good things about this school. The surrounding Area sucks…and the social isn't much better. Good thing about the all male campus is Mon-Thur its all male so the school lets us do pretty much whatever we want, gets pretty wild. Girls do come visit but it can't compare to any coed school, because the girls are right there next to you… the honor code is strict yet no one follows it. The one thing the honor code does teach you is to not get caught and the best way to get out of a lie is to make a better lie up. If you get honor courted good chance you might get kicked out. Believe it or not i was honor courted because a professor thought i cheated… i didn't actually cheat but they wouldn't have believed me so the only way for me to not have gotten kicked out of school was to come up with a more believable story (lie). The rhetoric program is stupid. Though i have improved my writing from all the history papers. History professors at sydney are pretty awesome, good program, but the core requirements are stupid Ex; 4 semesters of language. By going to sydney you will most likely graduate with a lower GPA compared to idiot friends going to jmu for example. Sydney isn't as well known as they make it out to be, and even with the alumni connections, It wouldnt pay off against going to an easier school with much better grade.

Pretty much i would stay away from this school. It's a good waste of money, time, and effort. Im a junior and going to this school is the biggest mistake of my life.
