School is a well built University nestled right in the heart of Columbus, GA. Atlanta,Ga is just north of Columbus, Columbus is a city of about 180,000. The military base of Fort Benning, is a drawing point and a draw back. The city of Columbus itself, is a little bit run down, older southern city, but it does have some flavor. Where the University is located, which is in the heart of Columbus and part of the campus, the music and fine arts, is located downtown Columbus, which really is Columbus's crown jewel. The classes are challenging, and like anything you get what you put into it. The University keeps growing with new buildings everyyear or so. computer labs in almost all buildings and if not then one is near by. This university is ten times better than the University of Nebraska in Omaha when I went there. The weather helps.
