I have been reading alot of reviews about Alvernia and other PA schools. I am looking to continue my education soon, within a few months actually. What I have read does not sound very intellectual. You have to remember if you have 10,000+ students enrolling to a new school, it is possible mistakes will be made no one is perfect. I went to a really small school and found the financial aid to be underhanded and greedy, but due to my intellect and understand of financial aid they were caught in the act, and forced to return a huge amount of money. As for Alvernia I have a friend on the deans list and she has stated that there are alot of Liberal Art classes, so you will have to take 3-4 englishes and a language class, even if you major has no reasoning for it. If I was going to go to alvernia, they would have to concentrate more on the major and less on the money. That is all I am saying. |
