Classes are small, professors are knowledgeable, approachable and decently up to date. On average it is no problem to meet with a professor and get help on homework. School facilities are modern and up to date. Some classrooms are even video recorded which makes learning at home very easy. One bed side of the school is Greek life. Fraternities are not so great, especially Pikes. Beware. Many of these guys are NOT NICE to EVERYBODY. They have no soul (an essence of humanity)! Better look at other fraternities at DePaul if you want to be a part of the Greek life.I may be wrong but I know that Pikes were once suspended before they became the charter for illegal use of alcohol. Most likely it happened because they were rude to one or more people and somebody resented, found some dirt on them and so reported them to school officials. If you want to get involved in extracurricular activities it's best idea to join clubs or organizations that suit your interest. If you want to make some difference in DePaul join Student Government Association or DePaul Activities Board. |
