Freshmen year classes are not that challenge and are mostly designed to make the slackers fail out or drop out. The University has toughened it admission policy and the quality of the students have increased over the last 3 years and the retention rate is up significantly. Projects in the school of technology are very helpful and you will learn alot. These projects have helped me on job interviews and have impressed the companies I have interviewed with so far. The school really needs to stop advertising the Culinary program so much. If you decided to attend alot of people will ask you if you are going to be a chef. Most of these negative comments are from students who do not try in their classes and don't want to learn. They just attend college for the parties. I would not base your opinion of the school on the reviews prior to 2006 because a lot at the University has changed since then. |
