I transferred here from Stanford, and I have found the professors here to be far more engaging. Brown truly does have an undergraduate focus. It's great because professors make the classroom experience extremely worthwhile. They really do put the undergraduates first. Due to the small size of the graduate program, there are plentiful opportunities for us undergrads to do research and collaborate with faculty. Professors are incredibly friendly and supportive. Classes are challenging, so be prepared to work hard! But also keep in mind that because of the open curriculum, you have the power to forge your own path - so working hard can be lots of fun! |
