The Professors, I must say, were very helpful and kind and quite flexible. However, I had so much problems with administration. I had to place a complaint because my paperwork was missing in their office and I was not properly registered. Also, when I went to find out why paperwork had not gone through although I applied early, I was made to wait in a line for 1.5 hours. After getting to the front of the line, I was told that there was no one to assist me and that the held of admin was off until the first week of school. Eventually, I had to meet with the Dean and she got me enrolled by the first day of school. if you call up to the school 9 times out of 10 you will be hung up on because there are 3 people working the lines of complaints and questions and the telephones. THe year I went there, the classes were cut and therefore, after 3 weeks of classes I changed schools… it defeated the purpose if only one of my classes were going to be held in the year. BE CAREFUL… IF THERE IS NO CUSTOMER/CLIENT SERVICE, GO ELSEWHERE… I DID! |
