I am a current student in the digital design diploma program. I have had a lot of great instructors that actually give you their home phone number if you are having issues. I have never had problems getting a hold of my financial advisor, and she responds quickly to my inquiries. I think most financial aid departments are a pain, I had the same problem at my local junior college and it is a very highly ranked college, so I don't think that's just an AIO thing.

My husband completed his college degree at an accredited university and they didn't help him find a job either. It's not the school's responsibility to do that. AIOP does have a posting site of available jobs, but it's still up to you.Jobs will only hire those that put effort into finding a job and not just relying on their credentials. There are many people that apply for jobs, they can't choose everyone.

I did notice that my financial aid advisor has changed a couple of times, and that I did not know about a few pending issues on my fafsa, but that's because I didn't read my mailbox where the messages indeed were.

I think that these kinds of things occur at all colleges because they have so many students. Businesses aren't perfect, and it is an Art Institute, it is a specialty college, it will be more expensive. I have been satisfied with my experience at this school and feel I have learned a lot. Online learning is not for everyone, some people just don't like it and that's fine, but i see no need to slander the school because it didn't work for you. There is something bad about every college.

By the way, I do not, nor have I ever worked for this school, and find it odd that the ones who claim to have worked for the school, no longer work there for reasons of not getting the promotions they wanted. That should say something.
