I disagree with the last post. If you have a free education, you should expect to take the pros with the cons. I chose Del Tech because it was so affordable. YES, there are some professors that are so good I sometime pinch myself and think we are so lucky to have themAND there are some with zero skills with no control over the class whatsoever. The bathrooms in the Technical Center are so awful, I stopped going a long time ago. I am not familiar with SEED, however, there is a very long waiting list for clinicals in the nursing program, so if you go to Salisbury for example, to speed the process up, you would need two additional classes that wouldn't be on your itinerary. Deltech is affordable and in a small town. I do not have to drive to Wilmington or somewhere ridiculous, and can take evening classes that allow me to maintain my full time job. The students who do not do well to not take advantage of free tutors. No one should fail a class there, as each teacher has to follow the department's schedule. (So buy a book and read it and actually go to class.) |
