I have been attending Wright State University for about 2 years now. I am a transfer student from another 4 year institution. I have had a good experience so far. Faculty and staff can be hard to get to but most, if you make the effort, will help you out. You have to make the effort to get into contact with the staff. They are not going to know your problems unless you talk to them. The education is good. Gen-eds are easy to say the least. If you are starting to take your major classes register early, they go fast. Because of the campus being more of a commuter school and being in a suburb, there is not a lot of night life. There are many different clubs that cater to a lot of different and diverse interests. Campus is clean and generally maintained well. Most if not all sporting events on campus are free for students. All in all the university has its pros and cons like all universities. |
