Tulane is the kind of school where individuals can thrive. Whatever you want to do is there for you. Personally, I did not participate in any extracurriculars, and spent most of my free time focusing on my social life and exploring all of the fun restaurants, bars, and having really amazing experiences.I also lived off campus and rented places in the Garden District and Downtown, and really got to know New Orleans, which I love! People wonder about danger and this and that, but if you are normally a somewhat cautious person, you will be perfectly fine.I did study abroad in China, which was the best thing ever. Academically, I've always succeeded and found the business school to be great. I also honestly learned just as much from my peers and friends, who were so varied in cultural experiences and were of a very high caliber, as a I did from my academic studies.Tulane is what you want it to be, which is why I attended, and is truly the most divine college in the country. |
