RCC is a solid place for a part time education. The teachers are, overall, friendly and dedicated. There are plenty of resources, and the level of education is quite good.

As for the downsides, there is the occasional "bad" teacher and many of the students are uninspired and annoying frankly.

However, such things are normal.
