First of all, probably less than 1% of these posts are legit. I'm an average student that works extremely hard. Sure I had good grades, but I got recruited to play football at Harvard under no athletic scholarship. My first year I lived in Holworthy Hall. I loved it. My hall was social and everyone knew everyone. The city of Cambridge is welcoming and there's so many good resturants and bars. My friends and I would catch a bus to Fenway to watch the sox. Don't listen to all the fake postings on this site. Sure there's many rich kids, but I never ran into snobs bragging about their money. I joined The Harvard Republican Club and met tons of people. Unfortunately, even with middle class parents, Harvard was just too expensive for me. I will always remember my two years at Harvard and all the nice people I met. This upcoming fall, I'm attending the University of Michigan. Its 30,000 dollars less and I'll meet up with my high school friends again. Goodbye Harvard! You were great. |
