Moreover, the price for such above average teaching is close to unparalleled, being as cheap as it is. Cons: The administration—Fin. Aid, Bursar, Advisement, etc—is atrocious. There is an automated service that answers every call, prompting appropriate numbers for each purpose of call—however, every single prompt forwards you to a machine that tells you to check the website. To make matters worse, the one prompt that's pressed to reach a rep instead forwards you to a busy signal every time…not even a voicemail.There is also an $18 charge for paying a tuition bill via credit card online.The website is also not very user friendly; difficult to find what you're looking for. |
