Savannah College of Art and Design is the biggest waste of money, time, and energy. After the school gets your money, they do not care what happens to you. You only learn the first three weeks of class because that is period when students are more likely to drop a class. The film department in particular is exceptionally pointless. You are reminded every day that the classes are useless and do not matter when looking for jobs. The professors care nothing about the students. They are more concerned with their own careers and would rather not waste the time trying to actually teach. If you are thinking about attending SCAD, just take all the money you would spend on tuition and learn your trade yourself. That is essentially what you do at the college anyway. |
