I did my undergrad in Ag Econ and got an excellent job straight out of school in consulting with a top firm (Accenture). From there, I returned 4 years later and did my MBA where I was hired on straight out school to IBM and not to mention I had 5 other job offers. I was told at Accenture that they hired from UCD because we knew how to ?work? and ?collaborate? better than most. My experience was excellent. You have to ?work? the school and take advantage of all it has to offer. If people did not enjoy their experience then they let the school ?work? them in my opinion. I have been more successful than my friends who graduated from Yale, Cal, UCLA, and UCSD. It comes down to whether you want to embrace your education or not and UCD has every opportunity available. The city is wonderful and safe. The faculty are amazing and the amount of research $$ that pours into UCD is incredible.I have NO regrets about my education choice and I am PROUD to be call myself an Aggie for life! |
