Statistical Analyzer:

Transferring to Ashland University was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. The school is more concerned about money than anything else. They raise the tuition every single year, but never raise the amount of scholarships no matter how good your academic performance is. They will often convince potential students that the price "isn't as much as it seems" but that is a lie. After spending three years here, I will have almost $70,000 in student loans. The academic scholarship I recieved barely covers a third of the cost of going here. In addition, the retention rate of the school is 42%, one of the worst in the state! There is a reason people do not stay here: because it is not worth the money. Also the administration of the school is highly unethical. They treat students like they are expendable and punish innocent people. I was assaulted by a residence assistant and did not throw a single punch back and I was still given sanctions by the school. They will treat you like a little kid, unless you have family who donate large amounts of money to the school in which case you can get away with anything. The overall mission of Ashland University is to take your money, give you a mediocre education, and to violate your rights to benefit the school. DO NOT GO TO ASHLAND UNIVERSITY!!!!!!!!
