However, as a freshman, this school's cons outweigh the pros. No student parking.. unless you wanna pay $300 a month in a garage, food service staff is terrible, Lawrence Hall Doubles are like cubicle sweat boxes, elevators are a pain in the ass everyday, no grass or scenery, nasty people on the streets around the college, and above all… kids are rude & fake. It is like high school all over again. Making friends here is like trying to become friends with a rock. If you are considering the SAEM major, live off campus!!! Point Park charges insane amounts to live even in the shittiest dorms. You may think there is great nightlife downtown, but you are wrong. Everything happens in Oakland, Duquesne, or Shadyside. You will be bored out of your mind.NOT WORTH THE MONEY… Should've gone to Pitt… |
