Staff at this school could absolutely care less about you. Good luck getting anything you need from the Student Response Center because they are completely unhelpful and to be frank, useless. Professors here are extremely condescending and downright lazy. In fact, I'm still waiting for one of my professors to post my grade almost three weeks after the semester ended. My hall was extremely quiet with most people desiring to keep to themselves. Luckily the ones who didn't want to live that way, I became great friends with. The food is so terrible, both nutritionally and taste-wise. The city of Buffalo itself is a rust belt city…that's all that needs to be said. Go to Toronto an hour and a half away. That's a real city. I would stay away from UB at all costs. It is not worth the time, money, nor the misery via weather from October to April.
