I love that you can leave 5 minutes before class and still get there well on-time. In the cold winters, the small campus is very nice. The Graphic Design program is slowly improving. Matt Solomon, Joe, Todd Jokl (head of department), and other well qualified professors are working hard to improve it. It could be a lot better in my opinion, but in reality only the students who seek honest critiques from professors and push themselves in the projects will get far in the real world. It is easy to slide by with C's, but those who do that will probably not get jobs outside of college. I do not rely on the lab for my projects, but I was able to purchase Adobe Suite for $300 through the university which is amazing considering the original price is $2000. If you don't have the money to get it, the labs are open for you if you are on the lists given to campus police. For the people who say they pay 44,000 to go here, that is most likely a lie. That means they have gotten no financial aid or scholarships at all. I overall pay around 12,050 each semester to go here. You have to keep a 3.0 or above to keep the academic scholarship they award you. It is doable if this is the school for you. I love the small campus, the clubs they offer, and the friends and faculty I've met. If it's right for you, then go for it. |
