Statistical Analyzer:

The Director of the Medical Billing and Coding Program was rude,not helpful, at times hateful, snotty and didn't come off as if she cared at all except for what was on her twisted agenda. She's like the principal in the movie, "Matilda." There were only two instructors that were really good and one that was great at actually teaching. One teacher didn't teach at all and we spent our time with her doing busy work because she didn't know the material. We taught ourselves. The qualifications for entry are too low. The caliber of students was very low and unsettling. The first class is easy so you stay and get financially committed and in later classes you realize you made a mistake but you have to stay due to financial obligations and they know it. The career services department is a joke.
