Mont. Co. was a better education for me than my undergraduate degree at Iowa State University however, the students are often wasteful of the opportunity they are recieving. It seemed like many of the students in my courses were only there because their parents said they had to go to college so Mont. Co. was a certain entry. That is very very frustrating to someone who cares about their education and doesn't want to spend their class time listening to the professor lecture about life choices or attempt to play patty-cake with the arrogant and unintelligent students who could care less in the end. The school is overall a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take courses at a very reasonable cost and obtain a technology enhanced great education! All the professors I had were awesome and knowledgable! I only wish they were willing to challenge their classes more however, with the riff-raff I mention above in the classes, many times the professors dumbed-down their requirements to ensure even the most unintelligent students passed. My guess was they did this so they didn't have to deal with them in their courses a second time around! Highly recommend the school, just know that if you care about your education even a little, you will be frustrated with at least half of the students you encounter! |
