I'm sure that most student reading this will probably say, "I'm going for the education, not the fun," and believe me, that was my thought too. However, there is absolutely nothing to do on campus, so when you do have free time, you'll be hard pressed to find anything worthwhile going on at this school. There are Height parties on the weekends, but it almost seems as if you have to know the right people in order to go. From my perspective, the student body makes it feel like a repeat of high school. There is immaturity and cliques, so good luck trying to make friends after the first few weeks of school are said and done. Academically, yes, this is a strong school, but being honest, DeSales truly does not have anything more to offer its students than a diploma after four boring years spent here. |
