For the Undergraduate Survey, I left all answers defaulted to the letter "F" because I do not live on campus. I attend Liberty University Online.

After attending LUO for appx 2 years now, I elected to re-take a class that I made a B in for Fall 2011. When speaking with an advisor, I was told about the Repeat Policy and that the school would take the higher of the 2 grades (Fall 2011). Now,(Spring 2012) I have been told that this information was incorrect and that both grades are taken into account. This does not make ANY sense to me whatsoever. I cannot get a straight answer anytime I call into one of these "advisors" - which BTW are students attending LU and they are all just as confused as the rest of us trying to seek a correct answer.

When deciding if online studies are for you, consider this, for the majority of classes, there are no instructional videos to guide one along the way. Moreover, trying to get a response from a professor / instructor can be quite frustrating since they are adjunct faculty and have full-time jobs themselves. If you value your time, money and education do yourself a favor and do not attend Liberty University Online.
